Thank you for the tour of Colca Valley.We really enjoyed the beautiful valley

and the horseback riding and trekking were great.

If we were to do the tour again we would skip Chivay. The town suffers from an

excess of tourists and greed; The hot springs are not well run and not worth

the trouble and the hotel staff were not very friendly (la casa de Lucila hotel); A better trip would be

to go directly to Cabanaconde and spend two nights there; It is a very

beautiful and friendly town; That would mean a long trip the first day but

worth the trouble.

the tour with Andres was very enjoyable for us.

Hotel / Accomodation in the Canyon, Food and Driving was very good.

Andres is a motivating guide (He convinced me that I should climb up the Canyon at 4 am in the morning (which is normally not my time! ;-))

we are just back from 4 day 3 night tou to cotahuasi and the valley of volcanoes. we are both 110% satisfied with the tour. the guide Eddison was very sypathetic and knowlegable about the area and wildlife. the four wheel drive was very good, and the driver was excellent. i would highly reccomend you to use pablo tours when you travel in the area.

We had an excellent trip with Pablo Tour. It was excellently organised by their helpful staff. Visiting the more unusual areas gave us a greater insight into the more remote areas of the Colca Canyon and enabled us to visit sites not seen by most tour operators. Our friendly tour guide made the trip very special and the information we gained we used throughout our trip in Peru. Dear Edwin, Sorry we did not get around to filling in the form for feedback. However, here are our thoughts on the trip... Our guide Pepe was excellent, he had excellent knowledge of the area, including flora and fauna and spoke fantastic english. He also knew alot about the hiistory and politics of peru and was interesting to talk to. The food was also excellent, and we never failed to be full after the meals. The food was a good variety allowing us to try local foods such as Cuy (a once in a lifetime chance for Corinna!!!). The organisation is very good, and we were impressed with the speed of reply to emails and the fact that you came and met us at the hostel when we had questions, so no faults there as far as we are concerned. We will definitely recommend your service to other travellers and people who are thinking of coming to Peru. We thought the price might be too expensive to start with, but at times we could compare your levels of service with the others companys when we were in the canyon, and definitely saw what we were paying extra for.
