STEP 1.- Send us an email to check availability and price of the tour, specifying the name of the tour (if possible send us the link), we need the exact or approximate date of the tour and the number of people.
STEP 2.- We will confirm the availability of the tour through an email, and we will give you additional information about the tour and the price of it via e-mail.

On the next e mail you need to inform us that you are agree with our sales rules Link Sales Rules
Accepted payment methods : PayPal,Western union.
We will also request your personal information, in addition to diets, and other relevant information for the tour.
You need to pay 20% of the tour + 5% Paypal comissions and bank fees in Peru, the balance when you arrive in the city of Arequipa one or two day before the tour at our office. We are from :
Monday to friday from 9am to 12:00pm and from 3pm to 5pm.
Saturdays from 9am to12:00pm
If you pay the remaining by credit car is + 5% (Bank commisions)
Sundays our office is closed but we can visit you at your hotel at 6pm,
If we visit you at your hotel the only option is paying in cash in soles.
Please confirm the day and time you will visit us.
After making the payment and sending us the information requested, your tour is already confirmed. Please send us an email confirming the deposit.
STEP 4.-We will send you an email with the final Summary, confirming the payments you made through an invoice –Summary.
